Kamion with Oxygen

In a pause between two sessions of exam preparing, I downloaded the Oxygen iconset from the KDE’s SVN and chose new icons for Kamion’s buttons and gui.

Kamion with Oxygen Icons

And there are some small changes to the code concerning the exception handling in the kamion-gui part.

  1. Hey, this Kamion is a pretty cool idea. I regularly struggle with getting my emails and particularly my accounts under kmail transferred from one machine to another. Is there any analogous tool available for the KDE 3 series?

    Thanks

  2. Unfortunately I do not have the time to port it back to KDE3.

There will be a simple console version which people could use when they don’t have kde4libs and qt4 installed.

  3. cool, a command line utility would already be a HUGE improvement above manually sorting and copying config files. in particular since i have unfortunately failed as of yet to determine where exactly kmail keeps its account and identity information. without knowing that even writing a little script is no option.

  4. This looks absolutely awesome! Not just the oxygen icons, but the user interface in general. I just took a look at it, and I’m really excited of your work and of how clean the UI is.
