In search for new KDE 4 apps I discovered "Lancelot" and I was amazed at once. I think this application will become one of the most important porgrams for KDE 4. It has all aspects for a modern launching of all actions. I really like this application and it summarize all things from other launchers like KBFX, Kickoff and Tasty Menu.
You make a good job. Thanks for that

@Hans
Yeah, I'll have to make a screencast next time :)

I'm glad if it works for you. If you want, you can click as well. It seamed better approach to allow clicking in no-click mode :)

No pretty screenshoots no comments? ;)

I tried Lancelot from SVN yesterday, it worked very well. Sure it felt strange to not click, but I really liked the extender mode - triggered the logout button multiple times just to try it out.

Your vision of the start menu seems to be the closest to mine, I really look forward to seeing the development of Lancelot. Keep up with the great work!
