@maninalift
Well, that is oversimplifying my dissatisfaction with Kickoff, but it is funny :)

As for the build service, L was disabled in svn for some time (I haven't even noticed it :) ), but is was re enabled a couple of days ago.

@ideatorrent
Well, you can achieve that by using Parts applet - just drag and drop the Favourites section onto the panel.

We really need one version for kde..
My suggestion: "mini lancelot"
"a small version of the best start menu, only configured with your list of 10/5 custom programs."
Could be a plasmoid?

Trunk was not "stable enough for daily use", ah I guess that's why it disappeared from openSUSE build service for a while.

Great work. Your blogs on Lancelot do make me chuckle sometimes: It is uniquely developer logic to think "this menu takes me 1/2 a second longer to find an app than it should, I know I'll spend six months writing a new one". I may be repeating myself.

Lancelot is one of those pieces of software that is so nice to use I sometimes play my cursor around it even when I don't really need to use it (DigiKam is the only other that I can think of at the moment). Thanks for that
